Solutions Manager / Senior Engineer
Job Description
Lead commissioning management services for data centre and mission-critical projects in Singapore. This role oversees commissioning teams and processes, providing independent assurance that systems meet design intent and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop technical solutions and design concepts in response to client and business requirements
- Assess feasibility of proposed data centre designs, including power, cooling, and space planning
- Collaborate with design consultants, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to refine solutions
- Support pre-sales and business development efforts with technical input and cost estimates
- Review technical specifications and ensure alignment with industry standards and client requirements
- Provide technical support during project handover and operational readiness stages
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, with data centre design or solutioning background
- Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling, and redundancy concepts
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with developers or in a client-facing technical role advantageous
