Job Description
Lead data center projects in Jakarta. Manage full project lifecycle from planning to delivery. Work with internal teams, contractors, and clients. Ensure projects meet timeline, budget, and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery
- Plan project scope, schedule, and budget
- Manage contractors, vendors, and consultants
- Track progress and resolve issues quickly
- Ensure compliance with safety and local regulations
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and operations teams
- Report project status to stakeholders
- Control project costs and risks
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in project management
- Experience in data center or mission-critical environments
- Knowledge of construction and MEP systems
- Experience working with developers, operators, or similar environments
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in Jakarta or relocate if required
