Vice President Project Delivery
Job Description
Lead the design and construction of hyperscale data center portfolios in Bangkok.Serve as the executive authority for the full project lifecycle from site selection to operational handover. Ensures all builds meet aggressive “Speed to Market” targets while maintaining world-class safety and sustainability standards. Bridge the gap between global executive leadership and regional execution teams to drive company growth in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the end-to-end execution of all data center construction projects in the Bangkok region.
- Align project milestones with long-term commercial goals and market expansion plans.
- Provide clear project health updates, risk assessments, and financial reports to the Board of Directors.
- Own the regional capital budget and oversee multi-million dollar contract negotiations and awards.
- Partner with Real Estate teams to perform technical due diligence and utility assessments for new land acquisitions.
- Enforce a “Zero Harm” culture and ensure all contractors meet global building and engineering standards.
- Lead high-level negotiations with local power and water authorities to secure massive capacity for AI-ready facilities.
- Mentor and grow a multi-disciplinary team of project managers, engineers, and cost controllers.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience leading large-scale construction portfolios or mission-critical infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of data center design, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, and high-density cooling.
- Mastery of budget management, procurement strategies, and cost-control for massive capital projects.
- Strong understanding of Bangkok’s construction regulations, land laws, and local utility landscapes.
- Exceptional ability to influence C-suite executives, government officials, and Tier-1 global contractors.
- Proven track record of managing international teams and delivering complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in Bangkok or relocate as required for the role.
