Job Description
Our client, a fast-growing investment management firm specializing in digital infrastructure and sustainable real assets across Asia-Pacific, is seeking a Principal Investment Manager for their expanding Data Center Fund. This role offers significant regional exposure and leadership opportunities, designed to develop future senior managers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead investment origination and business development, identifying new opportunities and building industry relationships.
Execute end-to-end transactions, including due diligence, valuation, structuring, and negotiation.
Contribute to corporate strategy and financial management, assessing market dynamics and applying sound risk principles.
Mentor and lead a high-performing investment team, ensuring project delivery and operational excellence.
Support investor relations and fundraising efforts.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (Postgraduate qualifications a plus).
8–12 years of relevant experience in private equity, infrastructure investments, corporate finance, or investment banking, with exposure to digital infrastructure or data centre investments.
Proven track record in originating, structuring, and closing transactions in Singapore and/or Asia-Pacific.
Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Existing relationships within the data centre, infrastructure, and investment community preferred.
