MEP Lead
Job Description
Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works across construction projects in Singapore. This role is responsible for coordinating MEP design and execution, ensuring systems are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MEP coordination across design, procurement, and construction phases
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for compliance and constructability
- Manage on-site MEP subcontractors and monitor installation progress and quality
- Coordinate with CSA teams to resolve interface and clash issues
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety standards, and statutory requirements
- Support commissioning handover and defect rectification processes
- Prepare progress reports and technical documentation
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 8–10 years of MEP experience in construction, with data centre or complex building experience advantageous
- Strong understanding of MEP systems integration and coordination processes
- Familiarity with BCA regulations and Singapore construction standards
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
