Commissioning Managers / Engineer
Role Overview
Join a commissioning consultancy supporting data centre projects across Singapore. This role involves hands-on commissioning execution and technical assurance across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems on behalf of clients.
Responsibilities
- Execute commissioning activities in line with approved commissioning plans and test scripts
- Review contractor commissioning documentation and test results for compliance
- Witness and validate factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and integrated systems testing (IST)
- Identify, track, and support resolution of commissioning deficiencies
- Prepare detailed commissioning reports and technical documentation for clients
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and client teams during commissioning activities
Qualification and skills
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 6–8 years of commissioning experience, preferably within data centre or mission-critical facilities
- Sound knowledge of MEP systems, testing protocols, and commissioning standards
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ATD, CDCP) advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on-site
