Senior Project Managers
Job Description
Expert in Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) or Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works to manage data centre construction projects in Malaysia. This role is responsible for on-site project execution, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations for CSA or MEP works on data centre projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet project schedules
- Monitor project budgets, procurement, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on project progress and technical matters
- Manage project documentation, variations, and progress reporting
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in construction, with data centre or mission-critical project experience preferred
- Strong understanding of CSA or MEP construction methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools and scheduling software
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
