Job Description
Leads the construction of hyperscale data centers for a Tier-1 General Contractor in Singapore. Serve as the primary leader on-site, overseeing operational site. Manage a large-scale workforce to achieve “Ready for Service” dates while strictly adhering to national safety, environmental, and building standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle from start to finish
- Define scope, schedule, and budget
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety and local regulations
- Monitor progress and resolve project issues
- Manage client relationships and expectations
- Control project costs and risks
- Report project status to senior stakeholders
